In this project a generic service model structure is developed, which can be used in the designing and improving services. The developed methodology can be used to show the added value of services to different stakeholders. The modular structures will be realised on an open source platform (Simantics) as a flexible tool for researchers and participating companies. The main research goals concentrate on system dynamic modelling of service systems and in validation of these model structures in case examples on different fields
